Dear Homeowners:

Linden Square Homeowners Association, Inc. recognizes that the economic effects of COVID-19 can be felt throughout the community. In an effort to help our homeowners, the Board of Directors has therefore decided to waive all late fees for the assessment dues in quarter 2 of this year. This means a late fee will not be charged for missed or late payments that were due on the following date 4/1/2020. Our standard collection policy will be reinstated for assessments due on 7/1/2020.

We hope this helps ease some strain during these hard times and we hope everyone stays healthy.
